IPTrack

IPTrack is a program that listens for NetFlow (TM) Data generated by network devices such as Cisco or Mikrotik routers. It provides detailed traffic statistics and can summarize usage per IP address so that network managers can track bandwidth usage for their users.

The program was developed for use in a Broadband Internet Service Provider and is also well suited for data centers and web hosting companies

IPTrack provides various reports so that you can monitor historic bandwidth usage. It provides bandwidth usage statistics and graphs per-IP address. It also displays detailed information about current network utilization.

Requirements

Software Requirements:
IPTrack runs under a Linux Operating system. It was designed to run in a Red-Hat Enterprise or CentOS environment, but other Linux distrobutions are also supported. It requires Perl, MySQL, PHP, and Apache (which are all easily available)

Minimum Hardware Requirements:
  • 1.4 Ghz Pentium III CPU
  • 512 MB RAM
  • 20 GB Disk Space
  • Requirements may increase, depending on how much data it is processing
